The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a special meeting in person and via teleconference to hold a joint Study Session with the Planning Commission.
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 5:01 P.M.
ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Rob Moore, Vice Mayor Maria Ristow, Council Member Mary Badame, Council Member Rob Rennie, Council Member Matthew Hudes, Commissioner Susan Burnett, Commissioner Joe Sordi, Commissioner Rob Stump (participated remotely and joined the meeting at approximately 5:03 p.m.), Chair Kendra Burch, Vice Chair Jeffrey Barnett
Absent: Commissioner Adam Mayer, Commissioner Emily Thomas
VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS
The following individuals spoke during verbal communications:

MOTION: Motion by Council Member Hudes to capture FAQ’s (Frequently Asked Questions) from this meeting. Seconded by Council Member Rennie.
VOTE: Motion passed unanimously.
OTHER BUSINESS
1. Review the Progress on an Update to the Los Gatos Objective Design Standards for MultiFamily and Mixed-Use Development Throughout the Town and Provide Any Feedback or Direction.
Sean Mullin, Planning Manager, presented the staff report and introduced the consultant.
Cal Jurtz and Monica Szydlik, consultants from Lisa Wise Consulting, Inc., gave a presentation on Multi-Family and Mixed-Use Objective Design Standards.
Mayor Moore opened public comment.
