Minutes of the Town Council Special Meeting Closed Session Monday, August 10, 2026
The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a special meeting in person and by teleconference to hold a Closed Session.
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 2:04 P.M.
ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Rob Moore, Vice Mayor Ristow, Council Member Mary Badame, Council Member Matthew Hudes, Council Member Rennie (joined at approximately 2:15 p.m.)
Absent: None.
VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS (ONLY ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA)
The following individual spoke:
1. Linda Swenberg
Mayor Moore announced the closed session title as listed on the agenda.
THE TOWN COUNCIL MOVED TO CLOSED SESSION ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
1. Conference with Legal Counsel
Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2): 1 case.
Council Member Rennie left the meeting at approximately 2:45 p.m. and rejoined the meeting at approximately 3:30 p.m.
Vice Mayor Ristow left the meeting at approximately 3:39 p.m.
There was no reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at approximately 4:42 p.m.
