Dear LG Town Council and Town Manager Constantin,
Thank you for your support in helping our neighborhood install two Flock cameras just over a year ago. In the year prior to the installation, we experienced two home invasions and two burglaries. In the year since, we have had only one incident, which occurred at an unoccupied house under construction. Despite the "DeFlock week of action" occurring this week, support for the Flock camera system remains very strong in our neighborhood. The two cameras that we installed protect nearly 200 homes, and residents in my neighborhood feel significantly safer as a result.

Additionally, I would like to commend you on the implementation of the new 311 system. I have used it twice: first, to report a hazardous slippery section in the bike lane at the bottom of a hill, and second, to report a 4-inch raised roadbed caused by a tree root. Both issues were resolved within two weeks of my reports. I greatly appreciate this efficient new communication channel.

Thanks for the great work.

Best regards,
Jonathan Sweedler
