The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a special meeting in person and by teleconference to hold a Closed Session.
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 5:35 P.M.

Present: Mayor Rob Moore, Vice Mayor Ristow, Council Member Mary Badame, Council Member Rennie, Council Member Matthew Hudes (participating remotely in accordance with Government Code Section 54953.8.3. under the circumstance of “Just Cause” due to a medical emergency)
Absent: None.
VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS (ONLY ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA)
No one spoke
Mayor Moore announced the closed session title as listed on the agenda.
THE TOWN COUNCIL MOVED TO CLOSED SESSION ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
1. Conference with Legal Counsel
Initiation of litigation pursuant to paragraph (4) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9: 1 case.
There was no reportable action.
