To whom it may concern,
I ask that the town reconsider its decisions as transparency issues have surfaced.
Draft Minutes of the Town Council Meeting of September 1, 2026 DATE: September 15, 2026
The following individual spoke on the consent items:
1. Member of the Public (Items 2, 4, 5, 7, 8) -Transparency Issues not recognizing what is being said or recorded,( “not listed # 6)such as what appears to be a emergency fire easement road being removed above a large development being considered currently by the Town above what public asked and town Council questioned about easements for a public trail!!
(Given the fact that the fire department downgraded a mosque capacity from 1214 to 566… major legal concerns ARISE with such action.) or new Town attorney being hand picked by outside $30,000 firm when town has a department that hires town employees, and PARKING ISSUES.

The following individuals spoke during verbal communications:
1. Member of the Public - soccer field closure and Union middle school soccer field, being packed by closure.
2. Debbie Pinkston - pickleball - and no service - complaint against Park and rec.. tennis courts to Pickleball at Blossom Hill
3. Janet Wolf- pickleball. Talk… WHAT IS GOING ON … HOW MUCH MOORE!
4. Austin - ZOOMED IN - Flock cameras being hacked by ICE & FBI … (everyone should know this - as true) information
5. Leanne McAuliffe - GMAX testing at Soccer Field “ATTENTION” claimed 6 time it has been tested??
6. Joe Enz - advocate for homeless.

I requested a public record for ALL GMAX tests at creekside, and received 3 test back that I tracked to 8/3/26 reported in back of Agenda Packet- pages 121 - 141 Which appear on the surface that 2 of these reports to be fake.. looks like copied of 1st (2025) report and numbers changed only - investigate please
