REMARKS:
Transtech Engineers, Inc. has provided an updated, more comprehensive rate sheet for inclusion in the agreement presented for Town Council approval. The updated rate sheet will replace the existing “7. Proposed Fee” section of the agreement, which identifies employee classifications and rates. All other terms and conditions of the agreement remain unchanged.
