The special meeting of the Loyalton City Council was called to order by Mayor Jackson on January 17th, 2023, at 5:00 p.m.

It was moved by J. Markum, seconded by D. Gayner to approve the agenda as presented.
Motion unanimously carried.

1. Mayor Jackson adjourned the special meeting to go into closed session. Mayor Jackson reconvened the meeting stating no reportable action.
