SPECIAL MEETING
The special meeting of the Loyalton City Council was called to order by Mayor Jackson on February 21, 2023, at 5:00 p.m.

It was moved by J. Markum, seconded by D. Gayner to approve the agenda as presented.
Motion unanimously carried.

CLOSED SESSION
1. Mayor Jackson adjourned the special meeting to go into closed session. Mayor Jackson reconvened the meeting stating that the council has turned down the offer from Sierra County to purchase the Social Hall for $150,000.00 on the advice of our City Attorney suggestion to go with fair market value of $214,000.00.
