SPECIAL MEETING
The special meeting of the Loyalton City Council was called to order by Mayor Jackson on June 13th, 2023, at 6:00 p.m.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA
It was moved by D. Gayner, seconded by J. Gerow to approve the agenda as presented. Motion unanimously carried.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Mayor Jackson announced that she will be resigning at the close of the July Meeting

PUBLIC COMMENT
None
CLOSED SESSION: Mayor Jackson closed the Special meeting for Closed Session. Mayor Jackson reconvened the meeting with the following action taken. (1) Accept resignation letter from Gina Morris. (2) Approve Contracting with Gina Morris to train replacement and cover interim work and special projects.
DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION:
1. It was moved by D. Gayner, seconded by J. Gerow to advertise for the position of Bookkeeper with pay as DOE. Motion unanimously carried.
