SPECIAL MEETING
The special meeting of the Loyalton City Council was called to order by Mayor Gerow on August 29th, 2023, at 5:00 p.m.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA
It was moved by D. Gayner, seconded by D. Riede to approve the agenda as presented. Motion unanimously carried.

DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION:
1. Mayor Gerow addressed the council on the WWTP Operator, after a brief discussion, It was moved by D. Gayner, seconded by D. Riede to approve the hiring of Justis Lundy for 1 day a week, 8hrs day which will include his certificates, any extra days will be an additional charge.
Roll Call: B. Mertton-Aye, D. Gayner-Aye, D. Riede-Aye, Mayor Gerow-Aye. Motion carried.
2. Vice-Mayor Riede reported to the council that an interview was held today. After a brief discussion It was moved by D. Gayner, seconded by D. Riede to approve the hiring of K.
Champion for 6 hours a month, and J. Stockdale for 1 day a week not to exceed 8 hours a day.
