SPECIAL MEETING
The special meeting of the Loyalton City Council was called to order by Mayor Markum on July 15, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA
It was moved by S. Mcllravy, seconded by J. Dines to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried.

CLOSED SESSION:
1. Mayor Markum adjourned the meeting to go into closed session. Mayor Markum reconvened the meeting stating it was approved by consensus of the council to give K.
LeBlanc a $1.00 per hour raise.
