SPECIAL MEETING
The special meeting of the Loyalton City Council was called to order by Mayor Markum on September 9tn, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.
COUNCIL MEMBERS' PRESENT
J. Markum, J. Dines, J. Gerow, S. Mcliravy, B. Mertton
COUNCIL MEMBERS ABSENT:
STAFF PRESENT: City Clerk-Kathy LeBlanc
GUESTS PRESENT: None
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
It was moved by B. Mertton seconded by 1. Gerow to approve the agenda as presented. Motion unanimously carried.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Councilmember Gerow informed the council that he has contacted Sierra Air to look at the heater for City Hall

DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION
CLOSED SESSION:
1. Mayor Markum adjourned the meeting to go into closed session. Mayor Markum reconvened the meeting stating it was decided by consensus of the council to move forward with a lease agreement after evaluation of our cost for the probation building to arrive at a rental cost.
