SPECIAL MEETING
The special meeting of the Loyalton City Council was called to order by Mayor Markum on June 23, at 6:00 p.m.
COUNCIL MEMBERS' PRESENT
J. Markum, J. Gerow, S. Mcllravy, B. Mertton
COUNCIL MEMBERS ABSENT: S. Moran
STAFF PRESENT: City Clerk-Kathy LeBlanc
GUESTS PRESENT: None
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
It was moved by S. Mallravy seconded by B. Mertton to approve the agenda as presented.
Motion carried.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Mayor Markum announced that D. Lawlor will initiate contact for scoping of Well 3 to determine source of sand.

DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION
CLOSED SESSION:
1. Mayor Markum adjourned the meeting to go into closed session. Councilmember Mcllravy left the meeting due to a conflict of interest. Mayor Markum reconvened the meeting stating that the council by consensus agreed to hire L. Martin for temporary part-time help in the office.
