SPECIAL MEETING
The special meeting of the Loyalton City Council was called to order by Mayor Markum on July 21,2026 at 5:00 p.m.

COUNCIL MEMBERS ABSENT:
STAFF PRESENT: City Clerk-Kathy LeBlanc

APPROVAL OF AGENDA
It was moved by S. Mcllravy seconded by J. Gerow to approve the agenda as presented. Motion unanimously carried.

DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION
CLOSED SESSION:
1. Mayor Markum adjourned the meeting to go into closed session. Mayor Markum reconvened the meeting and reported the following information. It was moved by J.
Gerow, seconded by B. Mertton to hire Andrew Moran at $20.00 per hour and 2 extra part-time employees at $25.00 per hour. Motion unanimously carried.
