The City Council Regular Meeting Closed Session of the City of Lynwood met in the Council Chambers, 11350 Bullis Road Lynwood, CA 90262 on the above date at 5:00 p.m. An audio recording of this meeting is available on the City's Web Portal: Audio (laserfiche.com).

02. CERTIFICATION OF AGENDA POSTING BY CITY CLERK
City Clerk Quinonez announced the Agenda had been duly posted in accordance with the Brown Act.

MOTION: It was moved by Mayor Solache to recess to closed session. Motion carried by the following 4/1 vote:

The City Attorney reported on the following item out of closed session:
Let the record reflect that Council Member Camacho arrived and with all five (5) members of the City Council present met in closed session to discuss item 4. A City staff member made a presentation and City Council provided direction. There was no final reportable action was taken which concludes the report out of closed session.
The City Council reconvened into open session at 6:01 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
At 6:01 p.m., it was moved by Mayor Pro Tem Soto and seconded by Council Member Flores to adjourn the Closed Session City Council Meeting.
