01. CALL TO ORDER
The City Council Regular Meeting Closed Session of the City of Lynwood met in the Council Chambers, 11350 Bullis Road Lynwood, CA 90262 on the above date at 8:45 a.m.
Meeting called to order at 8:50 a.m.
Mayor Solache presiding.
02. CERTIFICATION OF AGENDA POSTING BY CITY CLERK
City Clerk Quinonez announced the Agenda had been duly posted in accordance with the Brown Act.
03. ROLL CALL OF COUNCIL MEMBERS
PRESENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS CAMACHO, FLORES, MUNOZ-GUEVARA, MAYOR
PRO TEM SOTO AND MAYOR SOLACHE
ABSENT: NONE
STAFF PRESENT:
City Attorney Gloria Ramirez and City Clerk Quinonez.
CLOSED SESSION
MOTION: It was moved by Council Member Camacho, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Soto to recess to closed session. Motion carried by the following 5/0 vote:

A. With respect to every item of business to be discussed in closed session pursuant to Government Code Section 54957: PUBLIC EMPLOYEE EMPLOYMENT Title: City Manager The City Attorney reported on the following item out of closed session.
Noting with all five (5) members of the City Council being present candidates were interviewed for staff direction and there was no reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT
At 4:16 p.m., it was moved by Council Member Munoz-Guevera, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Soto to adjourn the Lynwood City Council Special Meeting Closed Session.
