City Clerk Quinonez, announced the adjournment of the special meeting had been duly posted in accordance with the Brown Act.

Interim City Manager Lee, Assistant City Attorney Alvarez -Glassman, City Treasure Cuellar, City Clerk Quinonez, Community Development Director Linares, Human Resources Director Matson, Recreation Director Flores, and Technology Director Han.

The Pledge of Allegiance was led by the Lynwood Sheriff's Explorers.

The invocation was offered by City Clerk Quinonez.

06.1. CONSIDERATION OF APPOINTMENT TO FILL THE VACANT CITY COUNCIL POSITION -Continued from 11/20/2024
MOTION: It was moved by Council Member Oscar Flores, seconded by Council Member Camacho to appoint Luis Cuellar to the vacant City Council position.
Motion carried by the following vote:
