01. CALL TO ORDER
The City Council Regular Meeting Closed Session of the City of Lynwood met in the Council Chambers, 11350 Bullis Road Lynwood, CA 90262 on the above date at 5:00 p.m. An audio recording of this meeting is available on the City's Web Portal: Audio (lasertiche.com).
Meeting called to order at 5:00 p.m.

MOTION: It was moved by Mayor Soto to recess to closed session at 5:02 p.m.
MOTION: At 8:30 p.m. It was moved by Mayor Pro Tem Camacho, seconded by Council Member Cuellar to recess back into closed session. Motion carried by the following 5/0 vote:

The City Attorney reported on the following item out of closed session:. with all five (5) members of the City Council being present staff made a presentation, City Council provided direction, and there was no reportable action.
The City Council reconvened into open session at 6:01 p.m.

At 10:28 p.m., it was moved by Council Member Cuellar, seconded by Council Member Munoz -Guevara to adjourn the Regular Lynwood City Council Meeting.
