01. CALL TO ORDER
The City Council Regular Meeting Closed Session of the City of Lynwood met in the Council Chambers, 11350 Bullis Road Lynwood, CA 90262 on the above date at 6:00 p.m. An audio recording of this meeting is available on the City's Web Portal: Audio (laserfiche.com).
Meeting called to order at 5:01 p.m.
Mayor Soto presiding.
02. CERTIFICATION OF AGENDA POSTING BY CITY CLERK
City Clerk Quinonez announced the Agenda had been duly posted in accordance with the Brown Act.

MOTION: It was moved by Mayor Soto, seconded by Council Member Munoz -Guevara to recess to closed session. Motion carried by the following 5/0 vote:

The City Attorney reported on the following item out of closed session:.
With all five (5) members of the City Council being present City Staff made a presentation, City Council provided direction, and there was no final reportable action.
The City Council reconvened into open session at 6:00 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
At 6:07 p.m., it was moved by Mayor Pro Tem Camacho, seconded by Council Member Cuellar to adjourn to the Regular Lynwood City Council Meeting Closed Session.
