The City Council Regular Meeting Closed Session of the City of Lynwood met in the.

Meeting called to order at 5:00 p.m.
Mayor Soto presiding.

Title: Interim City Manager
City Attorney Tapia reported on the following item out of closed session:
In regards to Item 5A, with all five members of the City Council being present City staff made a presentation, City Council provided direction, and no final reportable action was taken
In regards to Item 5B, with all five members of the City Council being present Mr. Julian Lee has tendered his resignation, effective close of business on September 18, 2025.
The City Council voted to appoint Mr. Gabriel Gonzalez as Interim City Manager, effective September 19, 2025. City Attorney Tapia provided the following vote:
