A. ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS:
A-1 Draft Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Year (FY) 2022/23 to FY 2026/27 Update 06/15/22 at 6:05 p.m. Madera City Council Agenda Page 2 of 2 June 16, 2022
Recommendation:
1) Adopt a Minute Order Accepting the Proposed Projects in the City’s Draft Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2022/23 to FY 2026/27; and 2) Authorize the City Engineer to Submit the Draft 5-year CIP for FY 2022/23 to FY 2026/27 to the Planning Commission for Determination of Conformity with the General Plan, after which the CIP will be returned to the City Council for Final Consideration and Approval (Report by Keith Helmuth)
B. PETITIONS, BIDS, RESOLUTIONS, ORDINANCES, AND AGREEMENTS:
B-1 Request for approval of a 6-month Tax Sharing Agreement (Agreement) between the City of Madera and the County of Madera specifically for the Villages at Almond Grove Annexation
Recommendation: Approve a resolution approving a 6-month agreement for the Villages at Almond Grove Annexation (Report by Arnoldo
