AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CALIFORNIA FINANCING AUTHORITY AND ZIONS BANCORPORATION, N.A. DBA CALIFORNIA BANK AND TRUST FROM JANUARY 1, 2023 TO APRIL 1, 2023
Conference With Legal Counsel-Existing Litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9 (d) (1): Three Cases
1. DISPO-Madera, LLC dba DISPO v. City of Madera
2. GFC, Central, LLC dba East of Eden v. City of Madera
3. Phenos of Madera, Inc. dba Phenos of Madera v. City of Madera City Attorney Hilda Cantu Montoy made the closed session announcement at 7:39 p.m.
Ms. Cantu Montoy and Council returned from Closed Session at 8:25 p.m. with all members of Council present.
Ms. Cantu Montoy stated there was no reportable action.
