Minutes of a Special Meeting of the Madera City Council July 12, 2023 Council Chambers
7:30 p.m. City Hall
The Madera City Council meetings are open to the public. This meeting will also be available for public viewing and participation through Zoom. Members of the public may also observe the live streamed meeting on the City's website at www.madera.gov/live. Members of the public may comment on agenda items at the meeting or remotely through an electronic meeting via phone by dialing (669) 900- 6833 enter ID: 862 2175 0029#. Comments will also be accepted via email [email protected] or by regular mail at 205 W. 4th Street, Madera, CA 93637.
CALL TO ORDER: Meeting was called to order at 8:42 p.m.

Others present were City Manager Arnoldo Rodriguez and City Clerk Alicia Gonzales.

ON MOTION BY COUNCILMEMBER MONTES AND SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER GALLEGOS, THE AGENDA WAS APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY BY A 7/0 VOTE. NOES: NONE. ABSENT: NONE. ABSTAIN:

A. CLOSED SESSION:
A-1 Public Employee Appointment pursuant to Government Code §54957 Position: City Attorney
City Manager Arnoldo Rodriguez made the closed session announcement at 8:46 p.m. He and Council returned from Closed Session at 9:10 p.m. with all members of Council present. Mr.
Rodriguez stated there was no reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT: Meeting was adjourned at 9:11 p.m.
