Minutes of a Special Meeting of the Madera City Council August 24, 2023 Council Chambers
6:00 p.m. City Hall
The Madera City Council meetings are open to the public. This meeting will also be available for public viewing and participation through Zoom. Members of the public may also observe the live streamed meeting on the City's website at www.madera.gov/live. CALL TO ORDER: Meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m.

Recommendation: Conduct a Public Hearing and Adopt the Resolution Approving the Operating Budget for Fiscal Year (FY) 2023/24, including the Five-Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) (Report by Mike Lima)
