MEETING CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Uhring called the meeting t0 order at 6:04 P.M.
ROLL CALL
The following persons were recorded in attendance by the Recording Secretary:
PRESENT: Mayor Steve Uhring; Mayor Pro Tem Doug Stewart; and Councilmembers Paul Grisanti, Marianne Riggins, and Bruce Silverstein ALSO PRESENT: Trevor Rusin, Interim City Attomey; Steve McClary, City Manager; Kelsey Pettijohn, City Clerk; Richard Mollica, Planning Director, Christina Munoz, Deputy City Clerk; and Joyce Parker-Bozylinkski, Contract Planner
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Councilmember Riggins led the Pledge of Allegiance.
REPORT ON POSTING OF AGENDA
Deputy City Clerk Munoz reported that the agenda for the meeting was properly posted on January ll, 2024.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
MOTION Mayor Pro Tem Stewart moved, and Councilmember Riggins seconded a motion to approve the agenda. The question was called, and the motion carried unanimously.
ITEM 1' NEW BUSINESS
A. Study Sess10n on Rev1sed 2021 2029 Draft Housmg Element Recommended Action l) Recelve staffs presentation 2) Receive public comments and 3) Prov1de comments to staff on the rev1sed Draft Housmg Element as approprlate Planning Director Mollica introduced Contract Planner Joyce Parker-Bozylinkski who presented the staff report.
Mayor Uhring opened the floor to public comment.

As there were no other speakers present, Mayor Uhring returned the matter to the table for discussion.
The Council discussed the item and directed questions to staff and consultants Lilly Rudolph, Emily Green, Veronica Tam, and Alexander Brand.
