Town Council Special Meeting - March 31, 2023
1. CALL TO ORDER
The Mayor called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber, 437 Old Mammoth Road, Suite Z, Mammoth Lakes.

Dr. Karen Slack led the flag salute.

5. Mammoth Lakes - Grant Agreement MMCF for 2023 Emergency.pdf Town Manager Daniel C. Holler introduced Public Health Officer Dr. Karen Slack to the Council and the community. Mr. Holler outlined the information in the staff report. Dr. Slack introduced herself and outlined the mental toll encountered during the recent emergency. There was discussion among members of Council, staff. and Dr. Slack.
PUBLIC COMMENT:
John Zurinsky outlined his concerns regarding the red-tagging of his residence. Mr. Holler responded.
Rachel Hilton sent an email regarding her concerns regarding the red-tagging of her residence.
