Town Council Special Meeting - January 22, 2025
1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
The Mayor called the meeting to order at 9:07 a.m. in the Mammoth Brewing Co. Beer Cellar located at 18 Lake Mary Road, Mammoth Lakes.

There were no public comments given at this time.
3. WORKSHOP
3.1 The Town Council will participate in a priority setting session facilitated by Seana Doherty, Senior Manager at Agnew::Beck Consulting.

Town Manager Rob Patterson outlined the agenda and the timeline for the adoption of Town Council priorities.
Members of the Town Council, Town staff, and Seana Doherty, Senior Manager at Agnew::Beck Consulting participated in the workshop regarding the setting of priorities.
PUBLIC COMMENT:
Ales Tomaier, Fire Chief of the Mammoth Lakes Fire Protection District, spoke about wildfire concerns.
Laura Beardsley, Executive Director of the Whitebark Institute, spoke about wildfire concerns.
Betsy Truax, Mammoth Lakes Tourism (MLT) Director of Community Engagement, spoke about a destination stewardship plan.
