A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND CONTROL
AUTOMATION DESIGN, INC. (CAD)
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY R ESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Co uncil hereby approves Amendment No. 1 between the City of Manhattan Beach and Control Automation Design, Inc. (CAD) dated January 18, 2022 for professional services for the Consultant to provide upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting services of the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System for the City’s water, stormwater and sewer system in a not-to-exceed amount of $173,077.40.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
