E. GENERAL BUSINESS
1. 22-0069Consideration of the 6th Cycle Housing Element Update (HEU) and Associated Initial Study/Negative Declaration (Community Development Director Tai).
ADOPT RESOLUTION NOS. 22-0014 AND 22-0015
At 6:51 PM, Mayor Stern adjourned the Special Meeting and reconvened the Adjourned Regular Meeting.
Mayor Stern requested a motion to continue the Adjourned Regular Meeting to Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at 6:00 PM.
City Attorney Quinn Barrow clarified that the motion would be to continue the Adjourned Regular Meeting regarding the Housing Element that was first heard on February 1, 2022 and then continued to February 4, 2022. If the motion passed, the item would be heard again on February 9, 2022 at 6:00PM.
City Attorney Barrow responded to City Council questions.
A motion was made by Councilmember Montgomery, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Napolitano, to continue the Adjourned Regular Meeting to Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at 6:00 PM. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: Mayor Stern, Mayor Pro Tem Napolitano, Councilmember Montgomery, Councilmember Franklin and Councilmember Hadley

At 6:53 PM, Mayor Stern adjourned the meeting to the Wednesday, February 9, 2022 Adjourned Regular City Council Meeting at 6:00 PM.
