RESOLUTION NO. 22-0021
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN
BEACH AND CLEAN POWER ALLIANCE OF SOUTHERN
CALIFORNIA TO ENROLL IN THE CPA POWER READY
PROGRAM.
THE MANHATTAN BEAC H CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Manhattan Beach and Clean Power Alliance of Southern California (CPA) dated February 15, 2022 , to enroll in the CPA Power Ready Program.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the MOU on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
