A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND CWE FOR
ADDITIONAL DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE 28TH STREET
STORMWATER INFILTRATION PROJECT
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The C ity Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and CWE dated XXX, for professional design services for the 28th Street Stormwater Infiltration Project – Phase 1 , in the amount of $1,236,050.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
