A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN
BEACH AND SA ASSOCIATES FOR CONSULTANT
PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOL VES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and SA Associates dated June 9 , 2021 , for consultant project management services in the amount of $100,000.00.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
