A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND GOLDEN BELL
PRODUCTS, INC. FOR SEWER MANHOLE TREATMENT
SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the a greement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Golden Bell Products, Inc. dated March 15, 2022 for Insecta treatment of sewer manholes at a cost not-to-exceed $108,990.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby d irects the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
