As per our conversation last week Friday, you indicated that you resigned from the LA County West Vector Control Board.
According to the procedures in our Boards and Commissions Handbook, if you leave office prior to your term ending, you must submit a letter of resignation to the City Clerk’s office within 30 days of your resignation.
Therefore, could you please respond to this email and provide us with your letter of resignation so that we may inform the City Council?
