A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN
BEACH AND WEST COAST ARBORISTS FOR CITYWIDE
TREE TRIMMING SERVICES TO INCREASE
COMPENSATION
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment Number 1 to the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and West Coast Arborists (the “Amendment”) for citywide tree trimming service extras in the amount of $300,000 and authorizes the City Manager to execute the Amendment.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
