A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN
BEACH AND LANCE, SOLL, LUNGHARD, LLP TO
EXTEND THE TERM AND INCREASE COMPENSATION
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment Number 1 to the Agreement betw een the City and Lance, Soll, Lungh ard, LLP (the “Amendment”) for financial audit and related s ervices for 2 additional years in the amount of $127,680 and authorizes the City Manager to execute the Amendment.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
