A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND TURBO DATA
SYSTEMS, INC. FOR PARKING AND ADMINISTRATIVE
CITATION PROCESSING SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HER EBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Turbo Data Systems, Inc. dated May 1, 2022 , for Citation Processing Services for an estimated amount of $135,000 annually.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
