A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND HAZEN AND
SAWYER, D.P.C . FOR THE CYCLE 2 WATER
INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Hazen and Sawyer, D.P.C. dated May 3, 2022, for $81, 633 for additional design services for the Cycle 2 Water Infrastructure Improvement Project.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Amendment on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to th e passage and adoption of this Resolution.
