RESOLUTION NO. 22-0064
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN
BEACH AND THE MANHATTAN BEACH UNIFIED
SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR ADMINISTRATION OF THE “MB
CITIZENS FOR SCHOOL MEASURE PARCEL TAX”
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Manhattan Beach Unified School District (MBUSD) dated May 3, 2022 , for administration of the “MB Citizens for School Measure Parcel Tax” (Measure A).
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
