A RESOLUTION NUNC PRO TUNC CORRECTING A
CLERICAL ERROR IN RESOLUTION NO. 22-0043
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES, FINDS, DETERMINES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. After a presentation held on April 5, 2022, the City Counc il adopted Resolution No. 22-0043, “A Resolution Of The Manhattan Beach City Council Initiating Proceedings To Consider Proposed Water Rate Increases And Setting A Date And Time For A Public Hearing To Consider Protests Thereto.”
SECTION 2. Due to a clerical error, the correct version of the draft schedule of proposed rates attached as Exhibit A in Resolution No. 22-0043 was inadvertently omitted. The City Council intended to adopt Resolution No. 22-0043 with the correct Exhibit A.
SECTION 3. The City Council hereby directs the City Clerk to replace Exhibit A of Resolution No. 22-0043 with the correct draft rate table attached to this Resolution as Exhibit A.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
ADOPTED on May 3, 2022.
