E. CLOSED SESSION
Assistant City Attorney Brendan Kearns announced the following Closed Session:
I. ANNOUNCEMENT IN OPEN SESSION OF ITEMS TO BE DISCUSSED IN CLOSED
CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS
(Government Code Section 54957.6)

II. RECESS INTO CLOSED SESSION
At 5:35 PM, Mayor Stern announced that City Council would recess into Closed Session.
III. RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION
At 5:59 PM, the City Council reconvened into Open Session with all Councilmembers present, except for Councilmember Hadley who was absent.
IV. CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT IN OPEN SESSION
Assistant City Attorney Kearns announced that pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6, the City Council met in Closed Session with its City labor negotiators and there were no reportable actions regarding the item.
