RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL AWARDING RFP NO. 1265-221 TO, AND
APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH MICHAEL BAKER
INTERNATIONAL FOR ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING
SERVICES FOR THE SCOUT HOUSE PROJECT
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY FINDS, DETERMINES AND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby APPROVES the Agreement between City of Manhattan Beach and Michael Baker International for providing environmental consultant services, included but not limited to the preparation of environmental documentation in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) requirements, with an estimated value of $153,254.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
