A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE
DESIGN SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND SA ASSOCIATES, INC.
FOR THE CYCLE 3 SEWER INFRASTRUCTURE
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
THE M ANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 3 to the Professional Services Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and SA Associates, Inc. dated May 17, 2022 for $194,000 for professional services for the Cycle 3 Sewer Infrastructure Improvement Project.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Amendment on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to th e passage and adoption of this Resolution.
