RESOLUTION NO. 22-0071
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH , THE FRIENDS OF THE
SENIOR AND SCOUT COMMUNITY CENTER AND THE
MANHATTAN BEACH PROPERTY OWNERS FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF THE SENIOR AND SCOUT
COMMUNITY CENTER
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach , the Fr iends of the Senior and Scout Community Center, and the Manhattan Beach Property Owners Associati on dated May 17, 2022, for construction of the Senior and Scout Community Center.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
