A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND WITTMAN
ENTERPRISES LLC FOR EMERGENCY MEDICAL AND
FIRE INSPECTION BILLING AND COLLECTION
SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CIT Y COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Wittman Enterprises LLC dated August 8, 2022 for Emergency Medical and Fire Inspection Billing and Collection Services in the estimated annual amount of $64,000.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
