RESOLUTION NO. 22-0075
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND MCGOWAN
CONSULTING, LLC.
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and McGowan Consulting, LLC, dated July 1, 2022, for professional services pertaining to the implementation of the municipal separate storm sewer system permit (MS4) under the requirements of the Federal Clean Water Act at a Cost Not-To-Exceed $260,500.00.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
