A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN
BEACH AND TRIAD CONSULTING AND SYSTEM DESIGN
GROUP FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES FOR THE CITY
FACILITY SECURITY CAMERA PROJECT
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Triad Consulting & System Design G roup dated April 21, 2022, for additional services for the City Facility Security Camera Project in the amount of $45,435.00.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage an d adoption of this resolution.
