B. On May 10, 2022 and May 24, 2022, the proposed Capital Improvement Program was presented to the City Council at a City Council meeting for discussion. At the conclusion of these discussions, the City Council accepted the proposed Capital Improvement Program with modifications, which are reflected in the Capital Improvement Program presented at the June 7, 2022 Public Hearing.
