A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND MORNINGSTAR
PRODUCTIONS, LLC, FOR SOUND AND STAGE RENTAL
SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Morningstar Productions, LLC, dated June 21, 2022, for sound and stage rental services in the amount of $59,400.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby dir ects the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
