RESOLUTION NO. 22-0101
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND SOUTHERN
CALIFORNIA EDISON FOR UTILITY DESIGN SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Southern California Edison dated July 5, 2022, for District 13 underground electrical design services in the amount of $150,000.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby direc ts the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
